The role of the Pastoral Planning Team is to ensure that the parish is following its mission. Their tasks include fostering communication among all teams, calling all teams to accountability, reflecting, visioning, and guiding the parish to be a living and vibrant sign of God's redemptive presence in the daily lives of its members, the greater community and the world at large.
The Pastoral Planning Committee consists of the following Ministries.

Convener: The team convener acts as the team facilitator and liaison between individual teams and the pastoral planning team. It is the responsibility of the convener, in collaboration with the pastoral council, to set the direction of the team, which is to reflect the overall parish mission.

Clustering Team: The clustering team, comprised of 3 parishioners and the pastor, represents Sacred Heart parish and Cluster 24 at the local and the diocesan levels. Participants are required to attend and host clustering meetings for event and structure planning. The clustering team, along with the clustering teams of other parishes, is responsible for identifying areas of collaboration and resource sharing for the cluster participants.
