Pastoral Planning Ministries

Pastoral Planning Team
The focus of the Pastoral Planning Team is to ensure that the parish is following its mission. Some of the tasks include fostering communication among all ministries, calling all ministries to accountability, and reflecting, visioning, and guiding the parish to be a living and vibrant sign of God's redemptive presence in the daily lives of its members, the greater community and the world at large. It is the responsibility of the pastoral planning team to set a direction for each ministry that reflects the overall parish mission.

Cluster Team
The cluster team, which is comprised of three parishioners and the pastor, represents Sacred Heart, Hopedale and Cluster 24 at the local and the diocesan levels. Participants are required to attend clustering meetings for event and structure planning with our sister parishes, St. Mary’s and Sacred Heart, Milford. The cluster team is responsible for identifying areas of collaboration, resource sharing within the cluster and planning for the future.

Stewardship Team
The Stewardship Team is responsible for developing stewardship as a way of life at Sacred Heart. This team evaluates the Stewardship efforts of the parish, assist with the Stewardship Renewal and parish retreat, and follow up with leaders concerning ministry participation.
