Small Group Facilitators	Those being asked to be facilitators are hesitant, need a lot of explanation of what it is about, want to see the materials. We may only get a few facilitators Facilitators so far: Adult: Dwight Page, Fr. Bill (AM Mass), Chel (4-U), Annette Whiteman may try to form a group with her neighbors HS: Joe Sperino/Larry Sabean team, Gr. 5-8 Mary Cockroft may be interested wants to see sessions Small Group Facilitator Training: Create a kit of materials for each group: i.e. markers, newsprint, glue sticks, bibles, etc (according to lesson needs)	Hold a meeting prior to facilitator training to explain the process Fill groups first come, first serve; recruit new facilitators from those who want a group but no leader is available Still Need to be asked: Adult: Sue Conciatori HS: Matt Smith Gr 5-8: Susan Kincaid, Joan Morin, Ann England, Leo Doran, Patricia Ruane Families w/ kids gr 1-4: Hodgens, Kym Wilner
