As Catholics, we are motivated by the example of Jesus. The principal of solidarity; the idea that we are all part of one human family – we belong to an interconnected world, loving our neighbor now has global dimensions.

When we truly believe that we are one family, we seek ways of loving, supporting, helping each other; we seek ways of accompanying each other on life’s journey.

As Catholics, it is only natural that we would want to reach out to our brothers and sisters in Haiti…but how? Using the tenets of Lent…
